The algebraic axiomatics of a projective straight line over a field of real numbers
is entered into consideration. A project line is examined as universal algebra with
two parameter family of the ternary operations bound by certain identities. The formulas
of transformation of coordinates are concluded in the built model of project line.

Abstract
In this paper the inverse problems for the parabolic equation in the bounded
domain are considered for case of the first bounded problem. Additional information for
the direct problems (overdetermination) is given in the fixed moment of time. The existence
and uniqueness theorems are formulated. The examples for inverse problems are
detailed.

Abstract
In this paper the inverse problems for the elliptic equation in the bounded domain
are considered. Two options for introducing additional information for the direct
problems are investigated. In the first case additional information is given inside the definition
domain of the solution for the direct problem, in second one - on the boundary of
the domain. The existence and uniqueness theorems are formulated for both cases. The
examples for inverse problems are detailed.

Abstract
The formula of the density of the matter flow in the non-stationary gas-liked
system of many particles with regard for the non-potential term is considered. The analytical
formulae of the components of the curl of the matter flow are obtained. The analysis
and graphical presentation of the obtained formulae are performed.

Abstract
A model describing photo-orientation and photo-anisotropy in polarized condensed
medium is proposed. The averaging of the phase of rapidly varying of microscopic
quantities has been carried out for the case of non-stationary polarization of the
medium. Temporal variation of the macroscopic characteristics of the medium is proposed
to explain the change in concentration of dipoles. The influence of sample heating
during illumination on the phenomenon has been considered. Formulae for the refraction
index and birefringence characteristics are obtained. As an example, the possible application
of the theory to the investigation of the optical properties of shock compressed condensed
matter was also considered.

Abstract
Two theorems on maximum of the relative high velocity overshoot in bimodel
Hypersonic shock wave are proved. The one-component gas with internal degrees
of freedom and Tamm-Mott-Smith distribution is considered. The maximum is
achieved as the coordinate along the flow in the shock wave, and the largest relative
speed of molecules.

Abstract
Let the rarefied gas occupies half-space x> 0 over a firm flat plate. It is
supposed, that this plate makes in the plane harmonious fluctuations along an axis y. Second problem Стокса consists in the decision of the kinetic Boltzmann equation
describing behavior of rarefied gas. In work the analytical decision of the
modeling kinetic equation in the assumption diffusive reflexions of molecules
from a plate is under construction. There is a function of distribution of gas molecules
and mass speed of gas in half-space is under construction. There is a value
of mass speed directly at a wall.

Abstract
In this article the expressions for the amplitude and polarization of the collision-
induced photon echo formed on the transition with the angular momentum change
0↔1 in ytterbium vapor by the two excitation pulses with mutually orthogonal elliptical
polarizations are obtained. It is shown that the intensity of the collision-induced photon
echo signal becomes zero in case of mutually orthogonal circular polarizations of laser
excitation pulses and it obtains its maximum value in case of their mutually perpendicular
linear polarizations.
All the temporal and polarization properties of collision-induced photon echo are obtained
in the framework of the model of the atomic elastic depolarizing collisions.

Abstract
Investigations and calculations of the lighting characteristics of thin-film electroluminescent
indicators are presented. The main characteristics of indicator devices are
explained by means impact excitation activator centers with the following light relaxation.
These equations have been adapted for the development of CAD system of thin-film
electroluminescent indicators. The presented of conspicuous lighting parameters dependence
on the structural factors. Physical processes determined the thin-film light emitters
work are sufficiently studied, that permits elaboration and production of different indicators
and displays.

Abstract
Thin-film electroluminescent alternating current driven structures are the perspective
active flat indicator devices, which have a number of advantages: high brightness,
small consumed power, high efficiency, long working life et.al. There are many
publications about the experimental datas for electroluminescent light emitted capacitors
on the bases of zinc sulphide with manganese or rare-earth metal fluorides and some other
phosphors with various insulator films. Effects of charge currier generation and energy
dissipation are studied for thin-film structures. The main characteristics of indicator devices
are explained by means of polarization effects connected with tunnel recharge of
luminophore-insulator interface traps. These equations have been adapted for the development
of CAD system of thin-film electroluminescent indicators. The presented of conspicuous
electrical parameters dependence on the structural factors.

Abstract
Both sensitometric and photoanisotropic properties of photosensitive 6-
phenoxy 5,12-naphtacenequinone (6-Ph-5,12-NQ or PNQ) substances in different
polymeric matrices have been investigated in a single-photon mode of light sources continuous
activating radiation. Maximum phase retard and birefringence value realization
conditions are described. The effect allows polarization holograms recording as well as
non-destructive reading-out of reconstructed images.

Abstract
A local model of chiral fermions with auxiliary particle in the discrete spacetime
in two external fields (uniform and non-uniform) is considered. It is shown that at
certain relation for the mass of the auxiliary particle, the model agrees with a continuum
theory.
