Abstract
Study of the influence of cluster composition in binary gas mixtures CO2-N2O and N2O-CO2 on the instability of mechanical equilibrium is carried out. Binary mixtures are considered as three-component systems CO2-(CO2)2-N2O and N2O-(N2O)2-CO2. Cluster composition of the components is calculated on the basis of virial state equation analysis at the different pressures. System Ar- Finding indicates that the increase of critical Rayleigh numbers determining the transition from the stable state to the unstable one is observed with increasing dimmer concentration of CO2 and N2O.

Abstract
Electrical current distribution in the thin metal layer with the different reflection coefficients of its surfaces, is calculated in this article. The dependence of conductive function on the dimensionless frequency of volume electrons collisions, the dimensionless frequency of the external field and the dimensionless distance to the upper surface layer is analyzed. The kinetic equation of Boltzmann in approximation of electrons relaxation time is used.

Abstract
Results of the analysis of the beginning of process of crystallization of small casting at external impact on the hardening metal from positions of nonequilibrium thermodynamics are considered. The problem of the mechanism of influence of external impacts on the course of process of crystallization by means of characteristic functions of energy of Gibbs and entropy is discussed. The minimum production of entropy and behavior of such thermodynamic system unlike isolated is revealed, in balance doesn't remain, and takes place this state as a bifurcation point, and again deviates balance after completion of phase transition in casting.

Abstract
Absrtact. For the one-dimensional linear kinetic equations are received analytical decisions of problems about temperature jump and weak evaporation (condensation) in case when frequency of collisions of molecules is constant. The linear one-dimensional kinetic equation with integral of collisions type BGK (Bhatnagar, Gross and Krook) and diffusive boundary conditions are considered.

Abstract
This article studies the teachers’ evaluation system in Cyprus. It gives description of the important aspects of the evaluation system and certainly, the assessment process of the teachers. It shows the disadvantages of the evaluation system, which has existed since 1976 without any significant changes.

Abstract
The paper discusses the expected results of study of the mechanical movement in an integrated introductory course «Mathematics and Mechanics» taking into account the requirements of the Federal state educational standard of general education. Particular attention is paid to the development of spacetime representations of students and their abilities to carry out logical reasoning, to build inferences and draw conclusions in the formation of the basic concepts of mechanics, while developing skills of learning activities to determine the position of the body in a given frame of reference, and to solve various problems on the motion.
