For microscopic model of system of disperse particles non-stationary statistical

field of potential forces. Expression of density of a cloud of the disperse particles effectively
represented by the quasicontinuous environment in sense of the kinetic theory is

It' s shown at size of nanoparticles e , where a wave length of
radiation and electron's free length, the section of absorption due to principles of
quantum mechanics one should calculate. In this case the temperature of electrons is
equal to zero and the function of distribution are keep out. A section of absorption (as
quantum calculations are showed) is very complex function of external field's frequency.

Experimentally investigated the impact of the rotating magnetic field on the
anisotropy of the absorption coefficient of ultrasound in nematic liquid crystals. A possible
mechanism of the coefficient of rotational viscosity on the pressure and temperature.

Abstract
The viscous and elastic properties of a ZhK-1282 nematic liquid crystal (NLC)
were studied in a temperature interval from 290 to 360 K by method of ultrasonic spectroscopy
in the 3-63 MHz frequency range. The temperature dependences of the NLC
density and shear viscosity are presented. The results of measurements of the velocity and
ultrasound absorption and the shear viscosity were used to calculate the volume viscosity
coefficient, the moduli of elasticity and isothermal compressibility, the relaxation times of
both elastic and viscous properties, and the corresponding critical characteristics of the
given NLC.

Abstract
New organosilicon compounds on the base of both cyclic and linear siloxanes
with different structure of the substituents have been created and performances of the LC
anchoring on OC films have been measured. The OC studied provide the homogeneous
planar alignment with LC tilt angle in the range from 0.7° to 1.9°. An increase of the microrelief
depth results in a small increase of the tilt angle. The azimuthal anchoring is better
for the films of the OC without molecular microrelief or the OC comprising polar
groups.

Abstract
Some aspects of regeneration of waste of high purity silicon, silicon carbide
and elements inter metallic compounds are studied. It is shown that regeneration
with both physical and chemical methods may be an effective approach to solve many
ecological problems of electronic devices manufacturing.

Abstract
Influence of the short-range orientational order on phase diagrams of polymer solutions and
lyotropic liquid crystals was found. Existence of binary systems with many upper and lower critical
temperatures was shown. The binodals and spinodals equations were derived for lyotropic liquid crystals
and polymer - solvent systems with account of the short-range orientational order.

The following problem is raised: the use of classical relational databases when
working with dynamic blocks of data representing the objects themselves implemented as
classes in object-oriented programming languages. The concept of organization of building
of post-relational database is offered.

Abstract
This work considers characteristic features of computer graphic programs at
their studying in system of educational process, offers a method of using of graphic programs
in educational process. The work analysis shows, that for studying in educational
institutions where the minimum set of functions is necessary for acquaintance graphic editor
GIMP approaches, further the students can apply and improve the knowledge in the
domain, using for this professional graphic program Adobe PhotoShop.
