For strongly collision range of frequencies (ω > υen) heterogeneous weakly ionized plasma in the limiting cases of large ((Kn Vte)2 >ωυen ) and small ((Kn Vte)2< ωυen electronic diffusion coefficients of drift oscillation spectra on the basis of the solution of the kinetic equation by Grad.
