Поверхностная диффузия при субкритических температурах

Аннотация

Представлен статистическо-механический подход к изучению поверхностной диффузии с помощью модели газовой решётки. Обсуждаются общие формулы для функции покрытия химических и скачковых диффузионных коэффициентов при низких температурах и в локальном равновесном пределе. Также обсуждается использование специфической двухмерной модели.
