Выведена зависимость частоты поверхностных плазменных колебаний от волнового вектора</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>For the first time it is shown, that for thin metal films, a thickness which does
not surpass skin-layer, a problem of the description surface plasma fluctuations supposes
the analytical decision at any parity between length of free run of electrons and thickness
of a film.
