Выявлена возможность получения порошков в равномерным распределением легирующих элементов, что фазообразование проходит согласно диффузионному механизм, аналогично твердофазному синтезу, но на молекулярном уровне.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The mechanism of formation of phases in the ytterbium oxide - aluminum oxide during the hybrid sol-gel process. Revealed that the phase formation takes place according to a diffusion mechanism similar to solid-phase synthesis, but at the molecular level.
