Ставится задача формирования учебно-воспитательной Интернет системы, содействующей обучению информатике и обеспечивающей позитивное воспитательное воздействие, ориентированное на традиционные для России духовные и историко-культурные ценности с учетом особенностей становления информационного общества в России. Формулируются рекомендации к такой системе. Рассматриваются варианты реализации учебных функций системы и участия студентов педагогических ВУЗов в обеспечении ее функционирования.
The problem of formation the teaching and educational Internet system assisting training to computer science and providing positive educational influence, focused on historical and cultural values traditional for Russia is put. Features of becoming of an information society in Russia are taken into account. Recommendations to such system are formulated.
